I’m so happy to be back in one of my favorite cities this weekend–Amsterdam–celebrating my husband’s birthday! On the train from Brussels we saw windmills, spotted cows and a family harvesting pink tulips. This place is truly a fairyland. We have plans to bike around town like the locals, visit this museum and try this restaurant.
