Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. It’s all about togetherness and warmth without the extra stresses that can come with Christmas. My favorite part of the holiday is the day after when my family makes stacked turkey/brie/cranberry sandwiches and gathers around to hear my father read Truman Capote’s A Thanksgiving Visitor. It’s lovely, if you have a chair to curl up in.
This year I’m thankful we have so many new friends in Switzerland that we are attending two Thanksgiving celebrations. What a difference a year makes! Wishing you all something to be thankful for today…but for now, a few links:
